I just wanted to say thank you for making my moving transition really easy and worry free. I was going through a rough patch and the Hudson Preserve staff made everything simple. You were all so helpful. It is so quiet and peaceful here; literally, I cannot hear the the cars outside. I thought it might be tight on space, but all of the furniture from my two story house fits great. I love the new upgrades with the stainless and granite. It is so beautiful. It felt like home immediately. Thank you again!

Hudson Preserve Apartments have been a great place to live. Great location, cozy apartments, attentive personnel and much more. I would highly recommend.

Location, location, location…this is part of what drew me to Hudson Preserve. Nestled in a quiet, almost secluded setting, the complex is near Latham, a hub of the Capital District. Main highways are easily accessible to shopping and recreational areas. A variety of floor plans offer adequate closet space and many apartments have recent upgrades. Neighbors exchange greetings as they meet while walking. Hudson Preserve has been a delightful place for me.
I have been a resident at Hudson Preserve since 2010 and honestly I am happy here! I remain here for many reasons. One big reason is this is a very quiet and safe place to live. I live in a spacious upper corner unit overlooking part of the trail and wooded area. One thing that’s very special about Hudson Preserve, and unique from other properties, is that they accept pets! I have a rather large dog that is welcomed here! Oh yes, I must not forget… snow removal is included and believe me, that is priceless!! They do a great job of getting rid of that white stuff!! My neighbors are wonderful and Leah, the Property Manager, and Matt, the Leasing Agent, are like my family! The pool is wonderful, the fitness room has brand new equipment, and you can even use the clubhouse for personal gatherings! They offer holiday parties and an annual BBQ, the Easter bunny and Santa come to visit for the children and they decorate the clubhouse into a Haunted House for Halloween! Great trick or treating place too! I also like that we have people, such as myself, that stay here for years. We have a diversity of people living here and it is truly a great place to live!
Hudson Preserve offers the best of both worlds: a green park-like setting, replete with wooded walking paths and a lake: all within 5 minutes of shopping and dining areas. Proximate to 787 and I-87 it is easy traveling to anyplace in the Capital District. The apartments are spacious and bright and quiet! There’s a lovely diversity in residents – children, young professionals, grad students, working people and retired. Everyone is always cordial and the social gatherings, fitness room, pool and dog park make for nice meeting places! The warmth does come from the top down. All the staff are personable and very dedicated to accommodating a nice living situation and co-operative community.
I have lived in Hudson Preserve for ten years and still think of it as a quiet retreat in an attractive wooded setting. It is a beautiful community conveniently located to all parts of the Capital district.
